15. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA (without regard to conflict of law rules).
Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. You may opt out within 30 days of first use by emailing contact@vexamode.com. Small claims court claims are permitted.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
