  • United States: Standard 3–7 business days after dispatch; expedited options may be available.

  • International: Typically 7–21 business days; timing depends on destination and customs.

5. Address Issues

Please ensure your address is correct. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Undeliverable packages may be returned to us; we can reship (additional postage may apply).

7. Lost/Delayed Parcels

If tracking shows no movement beyond a reasonable period, contact us and the carrier. We will assist with investigations and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund per carrier resolution.
