1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale or clearance items

  • Downloadable/digital products

  • Certain personal care and hygiene products (e.g., underwear, swimwear if opened)

4. Defective or Wrong Item

Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us at contact@vexamode.com within 7 days so we can evaluate and make it right.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item after the return is approved.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you if the refund is approved or rejected.

  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after approval:

  1. Check with your bank or card issuer (processing may take 5–10 business days).

  2. If still missing, contact us at contact@vexamode.com for assistance.

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • If a prepaid return label is provided, the label cost may be deducted from your refund (unless the return is our fault).

9. International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, and fees are non-refundable by us. Please contact your local customs office for reclaim options.
