How do I place an order?

Choose your size/style on the product page, click Add to Cart, then follow the checkout steps to complete your order.

We’ll prepare your order and notify you by email when it’s on the way.

What is your processing & shipping time?
  • Processing: 0–1 business day.
  • Dispatch: typically within 2–3 business days (in rare cases 4–9 business days).

Business days exclude weekends & holidays.

My tracking number isn’t working.

Tracking can take 1–3 days to become active in the carrier’s system. If it still doesn’t show movement after a few days, contact the shipping company or reach us and we’ll help.

My order is late — what should I do?

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days (rarely 4–9). If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days from dispatch, please contact us so we can assist promptly.

What payments do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your card is charged immediately after you place the order.
